What does Chef’s Table include?
Chef’s Table offers guests a seven-course dining experience hosted by Thermëa’s Executive Chef, Darnell Banman. Your experience begins at check-in, and your meals will be accompanied by three wine pairings, a private Aufguss and guided meditation. Gratuity is included. The thermal experience must be booked to enjoy Chef’s Table, so complete spa access is offered for the day.
Can I book the Chef’s Table without booking a thermal experience?
Chef’s Table can only be booked as an add-on to the thermal experience.
Are vegetarian substitutions available?
No vegetarian substitutions are available for this experience, but we encourage you to subscribe to our newsletter to stay tuned for future events. A vegetarian seating will likely be offered in the fall.
I’m gluten intolerant or celiac. Can I still attend the dinner?
Yes. Only one of the seven courses includes a primary gluten feature, and a substitution can be made. Please note your gluten intolerance in the ‘I may require special accommodations’ box when booking.
I don’t drink alcohol. Do you have a substitute for the wine pairings?
Yes. Non-alcoholic beverage pairings can be substituted upon request. Please note your preference for non-alcoholic beverages in the ‘I may require special accommodations’ box when booking.
Where is Chef’s Table? What happens in the case of bad weather?
Chef’s Table will take place outdoors, on the back of the Relaxa balcony. In the case of inclement weather, the dinner will be moved to the Lounge. Both spaces will be solely reserved for Chef’s Table guests.
Can I book a private Chef’s Table event?
Private reservations may be possible on Wednesdays or Thursdays in July and August for parties with a minimum of 8 and a maximum of 12 people. Please email marketing.winnipeg@thermea.ca with your inquiry.
