Although the second step of the thermal cycle only includes our cold baths, the spa is home to temperate and hot thermal baths as well.
The final step of the thermal cycle with rest areas
The thermal cycle ends with 20 minutes of rest. It can be enjoyed next to a crackling campfire, on a heated stone bed or in a relaxing chalet.

Included in the thermal experience, Aufguss rituals are carefully choreographed wellness spectacles. The Arboreal takes place in the Banya sauna and transforms the traditional German practice into a truly Canadian experience filled with tree veniks and inspirations taken directly from the boreal forest.
