Aromatic Sauna

The gentle heat encourages slow sweat, and the essential oils diffused in the sauna stimulate the senses. The space's pleasant aromas encourage deeper breathing, leading to total relief.
To Try in the Village
• The Aroma is one of the Village's coolest saunas, allowing you to stay a little longer. A comforting construction made of wood and stone combined with the diffusion of essential oils creates an atmosphere conducive to relaxation.
• The Kelo stands out with its distinctive space made from naturally aged, silver-toned wood. This spacious sauna is equipped with an automated infusion stove, where an oversized ladle regularly pours water over the scorching stones, releasing pleasant aromas that spread throughout the air. The Kelo features large windows that offer stunning views of the Village’s iconic water tower and the surrounding nature.
Meditative Sauna

In this type of sauna, the simple pleasures of meditation are enjoyed in front of a wood fire, where living flames dance and logs crackle. According to ancient traditions, gazing into the fire helps to calm the mind and regain inner balance.

In the Flam, soft natural light streams in through the small windows, giving a glimpse of the lively Village. It is recognizable by its hexagonal shape and fully glazed wood-burning fireplace.

Finnish Sauna

Long ago, these Nordic wooden cabins were places of birth, healing and purification. In this all-wood space, enveloping warmth emanates from a wood-burning or electric stove.
To Try in the Village
The Logga is the Village's largest sauna. Made of solid wood, the space is warmed by a stove, topped with stones, and three tiers of benches offering the possibility of varying exposure to the heat. Windows let in natural light, while offering a view of the heart of the Village.
Intense Heat Sauna

Constructed from wood, this type of sauna benefits from natural insulation that optimizes heat accumulation. The intense heat encourages introspection and the elimination of toxins at a speed that only this level of temperature makes possible. Moreover, it greatly raises the body's heat, intensifying the thermal shock.
To Try in the Village
Reminiscent of a log cabin, the Kabin is the Village's hottest sauna. Heated by a stone-topped wood-burning stove, this dimly lit sauna can reach 90 degrees Celsius.

Ritual Sauna

Several times during the day, the whole Village comes together in this type of sauna to experience an Aufguss. Imposing stone-topped stoves are used to heat up the space, sometimes with snowballs infused with essential oils or herbal infusions.
To Try in the Village
• The Flam is where the Arboreal takes place. The dancing fire and herbal infusions raise the heat, which is dispersed throughout the sauna using veniks. The space can accommodate up to 15 people.
• In the Logga, three types of Aufguss are offered during the day. Snowballs, placed on the stones of the stove, release the fragrance of essential oils, which are dispersed throughout the room by towel movements. The space can accommodate up to 90 people.
Himalayan Salt Sauna

The Himalayan salt sauna combines the benefits of gentle heat with those of halotherapy, salt therapy. Air saturated with salt particles provides gentle detoxification. The salt blocks bathe the space in a soft, rosy light that transports you to another world in an instant.

The Halo, the coolest sauna in the Village, is soothingly beautiful. Its vaulted ceiling, made of Himalayan salt blocks, transforms the space into a dream world.

Steam Sauna

In a steam sauna, also known as a hammam, steam mixed with essential oils creates a dense atmosphere. In addition to giving the impression of being in a cloud, this hot steam clears the respiratory tract. The temperature of the humid air, which varies between 40 and 50°C, makes you feel warm differently.
To Try in the Village
• In Sauna A, a Moroccan-inspired décor and the diffusion of sweet orange essential oil transport the senses to another world. This is where the Rhassoul takes place several times throughout the day.
• Sauna B, just a few steps away, offers a different ambiance. Its ceiling lighting creates the illusion of a soothing starry sky, while steam infused with eucalyptus and mint essential oils provides a refreshing and invigorating sensation.
