The Kalla saltwater pool is an underground refuge where absolute calm reigns. It is therefore important to observe the following recommendations and rules each time you visit:
• Remain silent.
• Shower before and after the treatment.
• Enter the pool gently as to avoid disturbing others.
• Let yourself slide gently onto your back, stretching out your arms.
• Relax your neck and allow your head to float with your ears submerged to listen to the sound of underwater music.
• If you feel any discomfort in your neck, use one of our headrests.
• Avoid touching your eyes as the Epsom salt concentration of the pool is incredibly high.
• Breathe in deeply and enjoy weightlessness.
• Before you leave your sanctuary, remember to wash off the saltwater with another shower.
As several people are floating at the same time, you may sometimes brush up against each other. This is perfectly normal.
Cell phones are not allowed in Kalla.
On the day of your appointment, head to the massage waiting area 15 minutes before your massage is due to start. This will allow you to complete our health questionnaire at your own pace.
For massages and certain treatments, we suggest you undress completely. This improves the fluidity of movements and facilitates the application of products. However, you can keep your underwear on if you prefer. To ensure your comfort and privacy, you will always be covered with a sheet during the massage or treatment, and only the part of your body being treated will be uncovered.
Cell phone use is not permitted in the massage or treatment rooms and waiting room. You may use an eReader.
In addition, no food or beverages are permitted in the massage area, with the exception of your reusable water bottle and the beverages offered there.
