Gone are all the hesitations with our simplified treatment card. Our selection offers two options, depending on the intensity you desire, plus a prenatal massage. Each massage is customized to the state of your body and mind for the most beneficial effect.
An Experience to Suit Your Mood
To enhance your moment of well-being, an essential oil of your choice is used during the massage. What's more, you can choose between an ambience with or without music.

The Day of Your Massage
Arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment. This will give you time to fill in our pre-session health questionnaire without feeling rushed. If you have booked access to the Spa Village in addition to your treatment, you can enjoy the Village's facilities before and after your massage.
Massage Rooms
You'll be guided to the massage room where your treatment will take place. Enveloping warmth, soft lighting and soothing décor plunge you into an instant state of relaxation. Everything is in place for you to experience a moment of pure bliss.
What to Wear
We suggest you undress completely. This improves fluidity of movement and facilitates product application. However, you can keep your underwear on if you prefer. To ensure your comfort and privacy, you will always be covered with a sheet during the massage, and only the part of your body being treated will be uncovered.

Health and Medication
If you are taking medication or have specific health concerns, we recommend consulting your doctor before booking a massage
Before a treatment, you must complete a health questionnaire to declare any existing health conditions. The massage therapist may request medical authorization before proceeding with the treatment.
Massage Therapists
All massage therapists at Thermea Spa Village Whitby are members of a professional association in Ontario and can provide a receipt for insurance purposes or tax returns.
Minimum Age Required
Only those aged 19 and over can book a massage and use the Spa Village facilities. However, at certain times, the Village organizes family days. Subscribe to our newsletter to be informed as soon as the next Family Day is announced and to find out about the activities planned.
Insurances
An insurance receipt is sent by e-mail at the end of the massage. We recommend that you validate your coverage with your insurer beforehand and confirm their requirements.
Pregnant Woman
The Mom-To-Be massage is offered to pregnant women who have completed their thirteenth week of pregnancy. We do not offer prenatal massages before this stage. The products used during the treatment do not contain essential oils, as these are not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
Pregnant women should consult their doctor before receiving their first massage, especially if their pregnancy is considered high-risk.
