All our face and body treatments are carried out with the utmost care. That's why our Artisans have chosen Comfort Zone, an entirely vegan and natural range of products.
Since 1996, their different formulas have been making all skin types glow around the world. In a botanical garden in Italy, chemists, biologists and dermatologists discover living ingredients with powerful effects and play around with the compositions to create pleasant textures.
Serums, creams, exfoliants, masks, lotions, cleansers, gels, oils and thermal muds are just some of the options available to make your body and mind rejoice in the space of just one treatment. All dermatologist-tested, the products address a multitude of skin conditions and needs, from deep hydration to gentle exfoliation.
The Day of Your Treatment
Come to the treatment lounge 15 minutes before your session to enjoy a comforting herbal tea and fill in your health questionnaire. If you have booked access to the Spa Village in addition to your treatment, you can take advantage of the thermotherapy facilities before and after your treatment.

Enveloping warmth, soft lighting, a heated treatment table and soothing décor plunge you into an instant state of relaxation. Everything is in place for you to experience a moment of pure happiness.
What to Wear
The answer depends on the treatment you chose. Before starting the session, the esthetician will suggest the best option for you to take full advantage of your treatment. To guarantee your comfort and privacy, you will always be covered with a sheet during the treatment, and only the part of your body being treated will be uncovered.

If you are taking medication or have specific health concerns, we recommend consulting your doctor before booking a treatment. In this case, we advise you to consult your doctor before booking a massage.
Before a treatment, you must complete a health questionnaire to declare any existing health conditions. The massage therapist may request medical authorization before proceeding with the treatment.
Minimum Age Required
Only those aged 16 and over can book a massage and use the Spa Village facilities. However, at certain times, the Village organizes family days. Subscribe to our newsletter to be informed as soon as the next Family Day is announced and to find out about the activities planned.
Pregnant Women
Most treatments are suitable for pregnant or breastfeeding women. Treatments can be adapted as required. If you are pregnant, it is important to mention it to your esthetician, as the use of essential oils is not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Foot and facial treatments are preferable during this period.
