Village Code

When you visit the Village, you join our happy little community of Artisan-Villagers who live in the moment, sheltered from the hectic pace of everyday life. It's our sense of community that makes us a pleasant, accessible and inclusive place, where we can give life a moment's rest. The Village Code brings together the practices we adopt so that everyone can reconnect with nature, their inner smile and the joy of being together.
Age Requirement
Thermea Spa Village welcomes guests aged 16 and over.
Food & Drink Policy
No outside food or alcohol may be brought into the Spa Village. However, you may bring a reusable bottle to fill in the Spa Village's water stations. We reserve the right to check the contents. In the event of non-compliance, your visit to the spa will be shortened without a refund. Please note that glass water bottles are prohibited for safety reasons.
Smoke-Free Environment
Thermea Spa Village is proud to offer a smoke-free environment. We ask that you leave your electronic cigarettes, vape pens and any tobacco or cannabis-related products at home.
Hygiene & Dress Code
To maximize your experience, we recommend that all our guests take a shower in the changing room before starting their first thermal cycle.
Bathing suits must be worn throughout the Spa Village. Sandals are required at all times, except in the saunas, where you must remove them. Bathrobes are worn at your discretion, except in restaurants, where you must cover your shoulders.
Quiet & Respectful Atmosphere
You're welcome to chat in the designated areas, but please keep your voice lower than the Village waterfall. Don't forget to bring your headphones, as the use of any type of device that plays music is prohibited.

A Happy Place
Finally, the Spa Village is a place of tranquillity where inappropriate behaviour is not tolerated.
The dress code is adapted to the Spa Village's more relaxed atmosphere. However, we ask you to cover your shoulders and upper body with a shirt or bathrobe at all times. In addition, for safety reasons, sandals must be worn in the restaurant.
To ensure your safety and a hassle-free visit, all glasses used in the cocktail lounge and Biergarden are made of clear plastic and can be taken outside the restaurant. Glass cups used in the Resto, on the other hand, must remain inside the restaurant.
Cell Phone Policy
If you’d like to capture your relaxing moments, you may take photos in the Village’s restaurants. However, please be considerate of other guests and their privacy.
eReaders and cell phones are permitted in restaurants, however, phone calls are not allowed.
To help everyone enjoy a pleasant moment of rest, silence must be maintained at the sauna entrances and inside the sauna. In addition, cell phones may not be used in saunas.
Food & Drink Policy
It is forbidden to bring food or drink into the sauna areas or inside the facilities. You may leave your water bottle outside the sauna. You must remove your sandals before entering the facilities. For greater comfort, we recommend that you remove your glasses and jewelry.
Hygiene
For hygienic reasons, you should always sit or lie on your towel in a sauna.
On the day of your appointment, head to the massage waiting area 15 minutes before your massage is due to start. This will allow you to complete our health questionnaire at your own pace.
For massages and certain treatments, we suggest you undress completely. This improves the fluidity of movements and facilitates the application of products. However, you can keep your underwear on if you prefer. To ensure your comfort and privacy, you will always be covered with a sheet during the massage or treatment, and only the part of your body being treated will be uncovered.
Cell Phone Policy
Cell phone use is not permitted in the massage or treatment rooms and waiting room. You may use an eReader.
Food & Drink Policy
In addition, no food or beverages are permitted in the massage area, with the exception of your reusable water bottle and the beverages offered there.
