These Terms and Conditions of Sale (“Conditions”) govern the purchase of a ticket for admission to Thermea Spa Village Winnipeg. These Conditions constitute an agreement between you and Nordik Immobiliers – Winnipeg Inc., 12312476 Canada Inc. and/or Gestion Nordik & Spa Nature Inc. (“Thermea Spa Village Winnipeg”). By purchasing a ticket for admission to Thermea Spa Village Winnipeg through its website or by telephone, you are agreeing to these Conditions.

Prices Displayed

Thermea Spa Village Winnipeg invoices in Canadian currency. All prices listed, unless otherwise stated, are shown in Canadian dollars (CAD) before taxes. Rates are subject to change without notice.

Thermea Spa Village Winnipeg reserves the right at any time to modify or discontinue any service (or any portion or content of any service) without notice and at any time. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any change in price, suspension or discontinuation of service.

Guarantee & Pre-Authorization

A valid credit card must be used to guarantee your reservation at Thermea Spa Village Winnipeg. Thermea Spa Village Winnipeg reserves the right to cancel any reservation made with an invalid credit card. On the day of a booking, Thermea Spa Village Winnipeg requires you to present a valid credit card for the purposes of placing a $150 pre-authorization charge on it per guest. Visa debit cards are not accepted. Upon arrival at Thermea Spa Village Winnipeg, you will be issued a unique RFID bracelet to be used by you to make purchases during your visit to Thermea Spa Village Winnipeg. At the conclusion of your visit, the $150 pre-authorization will be adjusted automatically to take into account the purchases made on your RFID bracelet during your visit and you will be charged for the actual amount spent.  If your $150 pre-authorization is reached during your visit, another pre-authorization for the same amount will be processed automatically on the same credit card.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be requested by email. Please keep in mind that:

• Reservations remain fully refundable to the original method of payment if cancelled at least 48h before the reservation time.

• Cancellations made between 24h and 48h prior will be entitled to a full reservation credit in the form of a gift certificate that will be sent to the email address used for booking. The credit may then be applied to a future reservation. It is also possible to postpone a reservation to another date up to 24h before the original arrival time.

Should you need to postpone or modify a reservation with less than a 24h notice, it may be requested by phone (8  a.m. to 8  p.m. on weekdays, or 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. on weekends) or via chat (7  a.m. to 8  p.m.) and will incur a rebooking fee.

Force Majeure

Thermea Spa Village Winnipeg will not be responsible for any delay or failure to perform its obligations under these Conditions or otherwise, which arise out of or is due to unforeseeable events independent of the intention of the parties such as but not limited to force majeur (“Force Majeur Events”), including, by way of example and not of limitation, all events of war, terrorist actions, interventions and prohibitions of official authorities, delays, inclement weather, lack of energy, financial crisis, labour conflicts, epidemics and pandemics.

Liability Limitation

All guests of Thermea Spa Village Winnipeg are required to sign a liability waiver releasing Thermea Spa Village Winnipeg for any loss, damage, accident, illness and other items as specified therein upon arrival at Thermea Spa Village Winnipeg. Any guest who declines to sign the liability waiver will be denied entry without refund or compensation.

Illegal resale of any ticket of admission is strictly prohibited and can result in the cancellation of the purchase without refund or compensation. Admission tickets are not transferable nor exchangeable for money and are only valid for the date and time selected during the booking process.

Promotional Use Prohibited Without Permission

Without prior written authorization from Thermea Spa Village Winnipeg, admission tickets cannot be sold or used for advertising and/or promotional purposes (including contests and lotteries).

Photographs & Social Content

Photographs, films or social media content of any kind taken at Thermea Spa Village Winnipeg cannot be used for any commercial purposes without prior official written consent from Thermea Spa Village Winnipeg. Thermea Spa Village Winnipeg reserves the right to seek compensation for any use which is contrary to these Conditions.

Eligibility

To ensure the safety and wellbeing of Thermea Spa Village Winnipeg guests, the consumption of any forms of tobacco or cannabis are prohibited at Thermea Spa Village Winnipeg.

Thermea Spa Village Winnipeg reserves the right to inspect the bags and/or lockers of its visitors.

Refusal of Access & Expulsion

Thermea Spa Village Winnipeg reserves the right to refuse access or expel any guest whom it considers is acting against its code of ethics, values, or behavioural etiquette. Insulting, threatening, or harassing another guest or employee is prohibited. Thermea Spa Village invoices in Canadian currency. All prices listed, unless otherwise stated, are shown in Canadian dollars (CAD) before taxes. Gift certificates purchased are final sales and non-refundable. A gift certificate may not be purchased with a previously purchased gift certificate.

Rates are subject to change without notice. In the event of a price increase, the difference must be supplemented for the desired service.

Expiration of Gift Certificates 

The monetary value of a gift certificate is always valid and does not expire.

Using a Gift Certificate

For security reasons and to prevent fraud, gift certificates purchased may only be used 48 hours after the date of purchase.

Shipping Gift Certificates

Gift certificates are shipped as soon as possible once the order has been processed. The processing and delivery times vary depending on the delivery address. Please note that Purolator cannot deliver to PO boxes.

We reserve the right to modify the shipping costs for our gift certificates at any time and without notice. All shipping fees are in Canadian dollars. The sales tax is calculated based on the province of the spa. We cannot guarantee delivery to addresses outside of Canada.
