The Benefits of Thermotherapy

Commonly referred to as the thermal cycle, thermotherapy is a 2000-year-old Nordic tradition. It begins with heat—15 to 20 minutes in a sauna—followed by cold—10 to 15 seconds in a cold plunge—and ends with rest—at least 20 minutes of relaxation. To reap all the benefits of this practice, complete at least two full thermal cycles during your visit.

Källa is a large saltwater flotation pool dug deep below the spa. It contains tons of Epsom salt in shallow warm water which allows complete weightlessness. If you have chosen to add Källa to your experience, you can return to the flotation pool as often as you wish during your visit.
